Bio

​Born and raised in Squamish BC, Grace moved to the Kootenays to live her passion of helping others through massage. Having grown up dancing competitively and training with the Royal Academy of Dance, she has always had an insatiable curiosity for how the body moves. Through both her own passion for movement and activity, as well as a season spent working for a heli-ski lodge, Grace is motivated to help people continue to be able to do what they love long-term, and pain free.
