Allie moved to the Kootenays in 2018, drawn to the area for the active lifestyle, beautiful surroundings and health conscious community. She enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her enthusiastic dog Kona. She grew up actively participating in various sports, most notably competing in high level volleyball. She later became involved in coaching youth club teams and has been doing so for the last 10 years.
Allie’s inquisitive nature and holistic approach to her own health has guided her to the study of Chinese Medicine. Her areas of interest include sports medicine acupuncture, nervous system regulation and complex diseases such as autoimmunity. She incorporates a variety of healing modalities into her practice, uniquely tailoring treatments to each individual’s health goals and needs.
