Bio
Allie’s approach is rooted in compassion for each individual and their unique personal experience and health journey. Her goal is to create a safe and healing space that allows the body to return to a state of rest and natural healing. Allie believes that true wellness encompasses all aspects of each human and through massage therapy, she hopes to help promote balance in your life. By reducing pain, increasing range of motion and promoting the normal functioning of tissues and joints you can expect to feel more freedom in your body. As well, treatment can be focused on relaxation and overall wellbeing by promoting a sense of calm, ease and contentment. Your goals and intentions of the appointment are always the most important aspect of the treatment.

Currently, Allie is an instructor at the Kootenay Columbia College and also enjoys supervising the students in the RMT Student Clinic.
