Bio
Jade (she/her) moved to the West Kootenay region from Winnipeg, Manitoba, to attend the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner program at Kootenay Columbia College of Integrative Health Sciences. She graduated in 2021 with the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence.

A lifelong adventure seeker, Jade grew up competitively snowboarding, skateboarding, and tree planting. Through her own experiences with sports injuries and chronic pain, she developed a deep appreciation for the ways our bodies can be challenged, supported, and restored. These experiences have shaped her passion for helping people feel more at ease and at home in their bodies.

Jade strives to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where people can feel seen, heard, and met where they’re at. Her clinical interests include sports medicine, pain & injury management, stress and nervous system regulation, mental health, and gynecology. As well she has experience providing acupuncture in outreach and community settings.

After some time away, Jade is excited to be back in the West Kootenays and immersed in the community once again, surrounded by the glorious beauty and nature of the region. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and playing banjo and guitar.
