Bio
Alleah is a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan and a Master of Counselling Psychology: Art Therapy degree from Adler University.

Alleah works with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, stress and burnout, perfectionism, grief and loss, relationship challenges, identity exploration, depression, or difficulty with emotional regulation and self-expression. She believes that counselling is a collaborative process and strives to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, exploring what they are experiencing, and moving at a pace that feels right for them.

Alleah specializes in Art Therapy, using creative expression as another way to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences that can sometimes be difficult to put into words. No artistic experience is necessary, and there is no focus on creating something perfect. Instead, the process of creating can provide an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and discover new perspectives.

Alongside Art Therapy, Alleah incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness-based approach that supports self-compassion and helps people move toward a life that is more connected to their values.n Alleah’s approach is grounded in curiosity, authenticity, and compassion. Her goal is to offer a welcoming and accepting space where clients can feel heard, develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and become more present and engaged in their lives.

Outside of work, Alleah enjoys pottery, rock climbing, and spending time camping and exploring the outdoors.
