Bio
Carmen Dolinsky is a Registered Massage Therapist whose treatments thoughtfully weave together Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and skilled hands-on manual therapy. Her style can best be described as intentional, slow, and deep — combining myofascial release, deep long holds, and craniosacral work to create lasting effects and offer real balance to the body's structures. Most sessions integrate these approaches, creating treatments that are both deeply therapeutic and restorative.

Her practice focuses on Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, myofascial release, and athletic-style massage, with a special interest in women's health, nervous system regulation, chronic pain, stress recovery, and helping people move with greater freedom and ease.

She creates a calm, collaborative space where clients feel safe, listened to, and fully involved in their care. Whether using gentle craniosacral techniques or focused, unhurried deep tissue work, her intention is to help clients settle into their bodies, release unnecessary tension, and genuinely enjoy the experience of receiving treatment.

Grounded in KCCIHS's 3000+ hour RMT diploma, pain science, neuroscience, fascia, and trauma-informed care, Carmen integrates manual therapy with education and simple self-care strategies when appropriate. Every treatment is tailored to the individual, recognizing that no two bodies — or nervous systems — are the same.

Her goal is simple: to help people leave feeling lighter, stronger, more balanced, and more connected to themselves than when they arrived.
